Single plot 20 hectare vineyard on the hillside.
South-West exposure
Planted with noble CABERNET FRANC and CHENIN vines, and classified with the best A.O.C. (Appelation d’Origine Contrôlée) in the ANJOU region:

Rigorously managed vineyards pruned back very short, the yelds are voluntarily kept very low and are closely monitored.
PRUNING
Combined plantation, pruning by hand with the thinning out of leaves and destalking.
SELECTION AND HARVESTING OF GRAPES
By hand.

MATURATION PROCESS
Maturating takes place in underground sandstone tanks or oak barrels. The entire winery temperature is regulated.
